Food and fellowship have been in my blood for as long as I can remember. It’s my passion and part of what puts air in my lungs and the pep in my step. The other part is my family, faith and friends. I would not be where I am or who I am without all of them.
Starting out my career at the tender age of 15 in the dish pit was no deterrent for me and only gave me the itch even more. I’ve never been one to shy away from a challenge and this business is definitely that and exactly what I need and love. It is not for the faint of heart or thin skinned. But having opened and managed over 12 restaurants spanning across Florida and Philadelphia, I have grown the skin a Florida gator would envy. I’ve been elbow deep in dishes, flipped my fair share of patties, and cut meat that would melt in your mouth. I’ve been around a few kitchen blocks and now I’m ready to drive around them!
Having been born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL and having worked in the restaurant industry for 30+ years, it only made sense that this is where I make my longtime dream a reality.
With the help of my wife and our 3 boys, our new bundle of joy is seasoned, sauced, and ready to make you salivate! Get ready Pinellas, here we come!
